groaning

This is still about waking up this morning.

I felt I had to do Hologram Palm Empowerment, Part 1. I didn't want to at all, but if I didn't do at least that, well, how could I claim to be anybody at all. I mean, what does it take, like, 3 minutes? And it's so simple I think I can remember the whole thing.

So I did it. Touching my two fingers to each of my three dantien gates, lighting up the dantien, then letting the fire burn into the core.

Here's the thing: I was groaning. That could be a good sign.

So, that was done, at least.
